Multi-Family Paint
We are a true leader in the Phoenix Market with the ability to tackle any project type garden-style, mid-rise, podium, and high-rise structures. Our expertise extends to both interior and exterior painting, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive finish for the entire property. With a deep understanding of the unique requirements of multi-family construction, we consistently complete 10-15 projects per year (3000-4000 units) for the most demanding and well-respected general contractors in Arizona.
Assisted Living Paint
Although similar to Multi-Family construction paint projects, we have extensive experience in the Assisted Living and Senior Living new builds and are well versed in the unique challenges of completing these projects with extensive common amenity spaces. On time and on budget!

We have extensive experience in fireproofing newly erected steel on a wide range of new construction projects. As a certified installer of intumescent coatings by Isolatek International, we have the expertise to ensure the highest safety standards for all local and state fire inspectors. We work closely with architects, engineers, fire department
inspectors, and construction teams to develop customized fireproofing solutions
